That's what I thought from the name of the link ... but somehow when I clicked it I ended up at thhe opening page of a very fancy website on Lithuanian architecture!
Now that you said that I just tried it again, thinking it was perhaps a fluke, but I was sent to the same MIESTAI.net page!

I meant expired because it doesn't direct you to the smilie list just add "tinkle/" after miestai.sutartis.net/ in the link and it will lead you to the desired smilielist
