I must admit I've been looking at the NedStat statistics here & there and noticed that there seem to be quite a few Lithuanian companies that provide internet access.
And as far as the arrival of the Euro is concerned I'm afraid I have grim news. From what I understand, the new currency brought higher prices when it was introduced in the current EU countries (well, those who participated in the joint currency ). I do hope Lithuania and the other new EU member countries will not have this painful experience! O
