I agree with samot, the bottom part of the photo could have been cropped out, nonetheless great job, keep it up

The view itself is nice, but I would cut off 1/5 of the top and 1/4~1/3 of the bottom to make it panoramic and to pay viewer's attention to the city and reflections, not to the empty sky and dark water. Oh yes, and white balance. and contrast.
