Some facts about Warsaw metro :
The Warsaw Metro (Polish: Metro warszawskie) is one of Europe's newest metro systems and Poland's first (and the only one so far). It was opened in 1995 and consists of a single north-south line.
The line has 21 stations along a distance of approximately 23 kilometres.
Metro Mlociny is one of the Warsaw Metro stations. It became the 21st station of the Warsaw Metro when it opened on 25th October 2008. It is the northern end of the first metro line and also serves as a major transfer point between different modes of transport in Warsaw. There is also a proposed tram link due to be built linking Mlociny with the North-East of the city.

Metro Wawrzyszew
Metro Wawrzyszew, located at the corner of Kasprowicza and Lindego, became the 20th working station of the Warsaw Metro when it opened on 25th October 2008.
Lasek Bielanski - a remnant of natural forest vegetation in Warsaw and, for more than a century, a popular recreation ground for some of its inhabitants.
Stare Bielany (Old Bielany district)

The electric street lighting system was launched in Warsaw 100 years ago, and in December 2007 marked 150 years since the first gas street lamps were lit in the city.
Gas lamps, lit in the traditional way by a Warsaw lamplighter, create a unique atmosphere along Płatnicza Street in Warsaw's Bielany district.

Metro Stare Bielany become the 19th working station of the Warsaw Metro when it opened on 25th October 2008.
Metro Slodowiec
Metro Słodowiec is the 18th working station of the first line of the Warsaw Metro. It was opened on April 23, 2008.
Metro Marymont
Metro Marymont is the 17th working station of the first line of the Warsaw Metro, opened on December 29, 2006. It is located in the Marymont neighbourhood of Warsaw.
Metro Plac Wilsona
Metro Plac Wilsona (Wilson Square) is the 16th Warsaw metro station opened iin April 2005. On 7 April 2008 during the Metrorail convention it won a Metro award for the best recently constructed station.
