    for comparison:
    MAIN SKYLINE OF TALLINN HAS:
    Tornimäe Hotel 117m
Tornimäe Apartments 113m (possibly also 117)
    Radisson SAS 104.9m
    Union Bank 94m
    Hotel Olümpia 84m
    City Plaza 78m
    Viru Hotel 74m
    Maakri building 72m
    Postimehe building 52m

    Total: 714.9m

    VS Vilnius main skyline:
    Europa Tower 129m
    Europa apartments 95m
    Reval Hotel Lietuva 85m
    Munipality 77m
LG COMMIE - 40m (around that isnt it)
And a half done Vyrokas (at best 60m atm?)

    Total: 486m

Basically Tallinn has 200m more of height

I think you Lithuanians can be very proud with that you have accomplished with NCC, but if you look at it... you just built 4 highrises, of which just 1 was over 100m.
Well have 3 100m+ highrises UC in 2006.

@Ch1le: Why are you talking only about NCC? I thought that we were talking about skylines of the cities in general?
This photo shows what I mean - skyline looks better, when we take not only NCC:

In my opinion calculate the hights of every tall building in the city isn't very reasonable solution. I see this in this piont: Tallinn has more beutiful skyline in the downtown and Vilnius much poorer view in NMC. Because all new highrise development in NMC stoped after those disputes about skyscrapers blocking nice oldtown views So Tallinn is in first place in center city skyline. But Vilnius is in first place if you take a look in whole horizon view of cities. Vilnius looks much bigger and with more density in panoramic face. Like Tallinn in this case looks nice only in the center of the city.

That is my opinion. It's very hard thing to do , to say which skyline is THE BEST in solid way
