Palaukime, kol baigsis futbolo čempionatas. Ne kartą skaičiau straipsnį, kuriame teigiama, kad Lenkiją nuo krizės išgebėjo būtent čempionatas, nes buvo skiriama milijonai jo pasiruošimui, o tai neleido žlugti statybos sektoriui.

Mes patyrėme gana skaudžią šoko terapiją krizės metu. Bet tai privertė išmokti įmones efektyviau valdyti savo resursus ir plėstis užsienyje, kad nebankrotuotų.

Pagal tokią logiką, ir pas mus neturėjo būti jokios krizės, kiek arenų buvo ir yra statoma per krizę (Kauno, Klaipėdos, Panevėžio). Įmonės nebūtinai pradėjo efektyviau dirbti, tiesiog susitraukius rinkai, atleido darbuotojus, sumažino atlyginimus, kai kurios eksportą padidino. Tos, kurios vien tik eksportu užsiima aišku mažiausiai krizę pajuto.

'Czajka' Wastewater Treatment Works - almost ready

Designed around a population of around 2.1m.

With a cleaning capacity of almost 450,000 cubic metres per day, Czajka is the largest sewae treatment facility in Poland. On an area of 600,000 m2, 120 complex individual structures with varying forms and heights of the tanks had and will be realised in a very short construction period of only two years.

The population of Warsaw is growing fast, and the Czajka WWTP allows for protection of water quality and meets EU standards.

The project cost is €500m, with funding from the EU cohesion fund and the local municipality.

Big entertainment park (Adventure World Warsaw) will be constructed in Grodzisk Mazowiecki near Warsaw.

The construction should start next year and the park shall be opened in three years. I am wondering if it will be sth interesting or just pure kitch - time will show.

Orco plans office tower in Warsaw

8th August 2011

Orco Property Group, which is currently building the Daniel Libeskind-designed Złota 44 residential tower in central Warsaw, is working on another high-rise project in the Polish capital, Jean-Francois Ott, the company’s president and CEO, said in a statement.

The planned tower, which will host office space, is to be located in downtown Warsaw. Orco has refrained, for the time being, from divulging any further details concerning the investment.

“We want to bring into play our experience with Złota 44 and make a project of a similar scale – a luxurious skyscraper [located] in the center of Warsaw. It will be a top-drawer office building. Unfortunately, I cannot talk about the details, like the location, now,” Mr Ott said in the statement.

He added that Orco is now also preparing a new multi-phased residential scheme called Leśny Trakt which will be located in Józefosław, near Warsaw. “We are planning to start sales in the first half of 2012,” Mr Ott said.
