No, Kraków will be host city to some football teams. I think english team will have base in Kraków. Matches will be played in Warszawa, Wrocław, Gadńsk and Poznań.

not only English team will stay in Krakow during whole Euro, but also Dutch team and Italians - there will be crowds of tourists in Krakow and the city will be one of the most important centers of Euro 2012.

BTW - the problem of Krakow was relatively small stadium as compared to other Polish cities.
