Due to the accident near Daugavpils, Riga - Minsk (BCh cars) train reached Daugavpils (arrival time 21:47, departure time 22:17) but couldn't go further (Belarusian cargo train partially derailed at 22:10). A hundred passengers were transferred to 4 buses rented from Daugavpils bus park, transported to Kraslava, where they waited for about 2 hours for a full Minsk - Riga (LE (Latvijas Ekspresis) train. When it arrived, passengers from train and bus swapped and continued their trips in a manner not difficult to guess. BCh cars were waiting for about 4 hours in Daugavpils for those passengers from LE cars.

Since both trains normally were supposed to be in their countries by Monday morning (BCh cars in Minsk and LDz cars in Riga), but instead, because of the accident, reverted directions and returned to where they started (due to Kraslava not being located even nearly in the middle of Riga - Polotsk - Minsk route, Riga - Minsk (LE cars) arrived to Minsk late for about 5 and a half hours), they had to be eventually returned back with all the crew. Repairing works in Daugavpils were still under progress Monday afternoon, so the cars were transported through Vilnius. Neither BCh nor LE bothered to sell tickets to these suddenly arranged trains, so they were completely empty. Only crew. Any questions?

Pastebėjau, kad Youtube yra labai mažai video su EJ575. O bent kiek naujesnių video nėra išvis. Ar negalėtų geležinkelių mėgėjau padaryti vieno kito gražesnio video su 120km/h pralekenčiu EJ575? Taip pat traukiniu Vilnius-Klaipėda?
